Help us celebrate another great year while networking with successful local businesswomen.

The McGill Women's Alumnae Association (MWAA) invites you to an exciting career development event. On May 14, we will host the latest installment of our ever-popular Networking Brunch.

The festivities will include a brief Annual General Meeting, where we will present our new executive officers for 2011-2012. To learn more click on the link below.

The event will also feature guest speaker and McGill alumna Robin Ahn, BA'01, who will present "What the Annual Fund Taught Me about Networking." Learn how Robin, while working for the University, learned a few important life lessons like how to remain unflappable in the face of adversity, practicing the pitch, and not forgetting to make "the ask."

Finally we'll dig in to a delicious hot and cold brunch buffet, and you will have plenty of chances to engage in some professional and personal networking. All women graduates, students, faculty/staff and friends of McGill are invited.

Seating is limited, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis

ABOUT ROBIN AHN

Robin Ahn is a diagnosed extrovert whose hunger for new experiences rivals her passion for startups. She has been active in the startup community for several years, organizing events like Startup Drinks, which attracts over 100 people every month. Robin completed her BA in English (major) and sociology (minor) and a certificate in PR management at McGill in 2001. She is currently working with several young startups including Buyosphere.com, BlueTrader.com and Manpacks.com. She also loves dogs.
