Join the McGill Society of Hong Kong's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As McGill graduates and the Society's voting members, your participation in this event is kindly requested.

- Receive and consider the audited Reports and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2024;

- Elect the Officers of the Company, and authorize the Officers to continue to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting;

- Renew the appointment of Evabest CPA Limited as the auditors of the Company for accounting and audit services, which they are to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting;

- Authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the audit company;

- Authorize the current Directors to open an account at Hang Seng Bank, and to determine the detailed arrangements thereof, including but not limited to the authorized signatories, limits of transactions, and any other arrangements deemed necessary;

- Appoint a new Treasurer given the resignation proposal by the current;

- Authorize the director to work with the Executive Committees to confirm the Committee Heads, as well as their responsibilities.

The meeting will be followed by an alumni networking dinner.
