About the Speaker: Patricia Hewlin is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Desautels Faculty of Management. Prior to joining McGill University, Professor Hewlin was on faculty at Georgetown University in the McDonough School of Business. She has extensive managerial experience as a Vice President at Citigroup, where she received numerous awards for excellence in  management and community relations.
