Dubai Expo 2020: Vernissage of the IQ Art Exhibition

Sunday, March 6, 2022
7 PM to 8 PM GST

Don't miss the vernissage of "Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit: Art, Architecture and Traditional Knowledge," an exhibition presenting the work of seven Inuit artists chosen by competition to create works of art for integration into the Canadian High Arctic Research Station (CHARS) in Ikaluktutiak (Cambridge Bay), Nunavut.

As part of our special Dubai Expo 2020 Weekend, this vernissage will provide an opportunity for alumni, regional partners, and government representatives to experience the exhibition and network with one another.

As a co-sponsor of "Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit, Art, Architecture and Traditional Knowledge", McGill will be represented by Provost Christopher Manfredi, alongside Isabelle Laurier of EVOQ Architecture, which curated and designed the exhibition.
