In today's changing world, our workforce spans up to five different generations, and the archetype of engineers, architects, and urban planners is more diverse than ever. Through the E-IDEA initiative (Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility), the Faculty of Engineering is engaged and committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive McGill community for all current and future engineers.  

Today's panel conversation will explore the importance of recognizing generational and individual diversity in the engineering field and discuss how to make the field a more inclusive and equitable environment for everyone.
