Sarah Fountain Smith, BA'89, Deputy High Commissioner for Canada to the United Kingdom, welcomes you to Canada House as McGill University and its new Max Bell School of Public Policy present a provocative panel discussion about pressing social and economic issues, the inherent challenges facing the community of nations, and the role that universities might play in helping us forge a path through these trying times.
