Are you seeking inner peace or an all-encompassing sense of well-being? A new three-part series will promote holistic health and explore the connection between the mind, the body and the spirit.

The first lecture “Anxiety conditions – Understanding the problem and exploring treatment strategies” deals with stress, and anxiety, which has been cited as one of the most prevalent mental health problems in the world. Join Dr. Jeff L. Nayman as he introduces the background factors and the genetic/biological perspective on anxiety disorders. Come familiarize yourself with the CHAANGE treatment approach, a cognitive therapy model which provides a better way to manage the condition.

Details

Dr. Jeff Nayman, MEd’79, DEd’86, is a licensed psychologist and a trained affiliate of the CHAANGE program for anxiety treatment. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists and has been practicing in the Montreal area since 1979.
