Looking for an opportunity to improve your public speaking skills? The MYA and the School of Continuing Studies are excited to invite you to their upcoming Public Speaking Workshop featuring Toastmasters on Thursday, January 29th from 6:00 to 8:30PM.

Working with specialists from Toastmasters, we will help identify your public speaking strengths and weaknesses and ultimately enhance the natural speaker in YOU. We will provide guidelines and tips and give you the opportunity to learn through a series of fun and lively demonstrations, speaking exercises, and evaluations. In the end, you will be able to apply your new abilities to everyday situations - from that conversation in the elevator with a stranger, to your next job interview, to your class presentations! This workshop is ideal for public speakers of all levels including those with varying degrees of public speaking anxiety. Let us help you improve your ability to speak effectively and confidently!

Tickets are $15 and include the cost of the workshop and light snacks and refreshments.
