Namibia is a true gem for those in search of wilderness and wildlife. It is a country boasting rugged mountains, lonely deserts, wild seascapes, stunning animal life, colonial cities and nearly unlimited elbow room.

The desolate Namib Desert, said to be the oldest in the world, stretches seemingly forever and contrasts with the rewarding game viewing of Etosha National Park in the northern part of the country. We will travel from the magnificent Fish River Canyon in the south to the record-breaking sand dunes of Sossusvlei and then on to the coastal town of Swakopmund.

From there we view the ancient rock paintings of Damaraland and go on safari amidst the elephants, lions and cheetah of Etosha.
